General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the private practice for evidence-based therapy of Eldin Dzanko, MA, BCBA
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services offered in the private psychotherapy practice of Eldin Dzanko, MA, BCBA. By using the services, the client accepts these GTC.
Scope of services
I offer psychotherapeutic services in the field of evidence-based therapy. The exact services and methods are discussed and agreed upon individually before treatment begins.
Appointments and cancellations
Appointments are made in advance.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount.
For a session that is not cancelled in a timely manner, a fee equal to the agreed service will be charged.
Remuneration and payment terms
The costs for a session are agreed upon before the start of therapy and are considered the final amount.
Payment is made before each session by bank transfer or by other means as agreed.
If an invoice is required, it will be issued at the end of the month and must be paid within 14 days.
Confidentiality and data protection
All information shared during therapy is subject to confidentiality.
Your personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information on data protection can be found in my privacy policy.
Liability
Participation in psychotherapy sessions is at your own risk.
I assume no liability for the success of therapy. Therapy cannot guarantee a cure or improvement of mental health.
I am not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to stored data or technical malfunctions.
Rights and obligations of the client
The client has the right to terminate therapy at any time.
The client undertakes to provide all necessary information for optimal therapy.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and canceling them in a timely manner.
Change to the Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner and will be effective from the time of notification.
Final provisions
German law applies. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
